  10. I just bought my Courier v.Everything from USR a month ago.  I've since 
  11. found that there is a new flashrom upgrade (including caller id & 
  12. distinctive ringing).  However, upon trying to download it from their 
  13. BBS, I discovered that since I was calling from outside the US, that it 
  14. would not send it to me.  Perhapes I'll get lucky and they would've fixed 
  15. that DTR bug in it that nobody from USR wants to respond to me about.

  17. What kind of rubbish is this?  I realise that they are trying to keep it 
  18. out of the hands of owners with non-US Couriers, but Canadian ones 
  19. as well?  They're the same modem.  (ie: there is no separate one for 
  20. Canadians since these _are_ the US modems that they send us)

  22. I think someone from USR should update their area code database to 
  23. include us Canadians in the upgrade.

  25. In the meantime, could someone please email me the SDL? (or preferably 
  26. point me to a *cough* ftp site that may have it).  I promise not to pass 
  27. on the info of where I get it.
